I have these two quarters and they look to be rotated about 20%, is this common? Also what would the added value be for a rotated quarter? Before you ask they are not worth posting pics of them. They grade about F-12 or so. Thanks all, John1

I'm not sure of values but I read that the mint allows a 15 degree tolerance for rotation either way. Maybe some good people here can help you out with this a little better than I can.
