Hey guys, I'm eying up a 10oz engelhard loaf bar right now. Just like the looks of em. I blame coincollect1 for this problem . Anyways, just quick thoughts from you fine folks regarding liquidity, price e5c etc etc. Serial is 6 digit P and seller wants 350 shipped. Deal is almost done....just waiting to se responses from this thread first. Thanks guys and gals. Cheers.

From my experience Englehards seem to be some of the easiest to sell for private bullion. In terms of liquidity being englehard helps but the 10 oz will limit your potential buyer. A lot of people will buy 1 oz rounds or bars as its pretty cheap and affordable, less people will but 10oz or more at a time, and of those that do not all would want it in 1 bar. A good percentage of people buy as a backup plan or in case the SHTF and those people at least will want more practically useable pieces

Thanks for the input basebal....i agree with everything you said. 1oz are usually better and I know engelhards are top of the food chain. Think the price is right for this move? Its kind of at the top of what I would spend. The emotional side to me wants it as my first poured bar. The stacker side of me would have wanted it for $310 and also, I have lots of 80% and about 20 1ozers and 1. 10ozer so I just wanted another 10oz for a long term stack. My 1ozer are for short term plays. Cheers.

Its hard to say how fair the price is if thats including shipping and I dont know how much the bar costs. But actually either way it looks like thats pretty fair since provident metals is selling these for 354 not counting shipping

Sounds good too me. Silver is close to $31oz. I would get it at $350 shipped. Good luck!

The price is not bad. Sometimes Colonial Acres has these bars at similar price.

Yeh I think its a go, ran into a bit of a snag but I think we got things sorted out. I'm pretty excited to get it. This is gonna sound bad, but just need to keep this 1 on the down low. Really shouldn't be buying right now, but just in case things start moving here price wise, I want to get in my last push. Not putting me into debt but not leaving much room either ya know... Worked Overtime this weekend and I'm scheduled for another 2 shifts next weekend so that will cover it. :-)

If you feel confident in the genuinousity of the bar, pull the trigger man price seems great Exspecially when you factor in included shipping.

I GOT MY BAR TODAY!!! YAYYYYY..... bout time but wow, such a heavy lil guy huh. All that 10oz goodness packed into such a small frame. Hehe...loaf bar indeed. Not to big around but its got some thickness to it. And no, I dont have pics hehe. Something very satisfying about holding raw poured silver from such a reputable refiner. Evern more than their other products! I'm just tickled pink right now! :-) Cheers all!
