I would have to say that based on the luster I see in the blue-violet toning on the obverse and the fact that it is in a slab, it most certainly has to be an MS coin but the photos are too dark to say much more than that.

Maybe MS-64? It is just a pure guess since the toning is a bit too dark to grade from the pictures.
