Are the older Canadian dimes and quarters made of silver? If so before what year? Thanks

1967 and back are silver and some of the 67 are only 50%-80

There are also some quarters and dimes from 1968 that are .500 silver.

1968 quarters and dimes that are attracted to a magnet are not silver. If they are not attracted to a magnet, then they are silver.
