Hey,

I was recently cleaning my room and came across my old "coin collection"

Most of it is just foreign coins probably not worth anything more than face value, however there are some old coins. Anyway I was just wondering if there is any increased value on the following:

1940 Canadian Penny
1942 Canadian Penny
1945 Canadian Penny x2
1940 Canadian Nickel

Also have a 1946 Columbian Coin
and a 1941 American Penny

They were all in circulation and not taken very good care of afterwards, so theyre not in good condition to say the least.
If theres anything worth more than 10x or so face value please let me know before I get rid of them, thanks.

I also have a 1933 Canadian Penny - any value there?

Worth keeping but not valuable by any stretch of the imagination.
The 33 cent has a catalog value of $2 VG condition.

Worth keeping even if theyre not that good quality?

They are actually in terrible condition for collector standards. Not shiney in the slightest

Actually the 1933 is alright, its pretty shiney, looks more silvery than copper coloured though. The 1940s however are very bad.

If you like them keep them.

If they are worth more than face value and it looks like they are you should keep them. If you spend them they will just go into the RCM melting pot for metal recovery.

Because of their grade, they are not worth more than face value. I've got the complete george vI penny set. I like the effigy, keep the coins! :P

They might only be worth $1-$2. Don't know because there are no pictures to show me the condition.
