Quote: (just the 6 that are ending on the 31st of August) Hi, auction website looks good, but the first bit of feedback I can offer is that the end date isn't shown, just how much longer to go until the auction ends. I think it would be useful to see a precise time and date shown of when the auction closes. Thanks, M

... of course, that comment related to the summary page of auction items, not on the individual item pages.

I'm going to feel like a goose bidding billions of dollars on the test coins.

Thanks, M Thanks for your suggestion. As you've noticed you can see the date by clicking into the lot, the auctions run on a fairly consistent schedule (7pm AEST on the 7th of each month) so after a few auctions you'll start to remember when the next auction runs. Ah yes, it occurs to me that people may just do this to win everything, so how about we limit it to 1 coin per person.

It's not about winning a coin, It's all about helping a mate test run a new concept If I do happen to fluke a win I would rather someone else got the coin ( I have a plethora of these dates in this condition). I wish Walter well with this and will take FULL advantage of the opportunities that present when the "bugs" are ironed out . I and I suspect a large number of collectors in this country do not have the luxury of having a coin dealer/Dealers "Just up the road" so this will be a perfect opportunity to get correctly graded and genuine coins from a respected and trusted dealer. That Ladies and gentlemen is a far more valuable asset than one coin Thank you for developing this Walter and I hope other respectable dealers take it on board also and end the reliance on ebay for us remote collectors.

Sounds like a good idea. Being one of those people that do "not have the luxury of having a coin dealer/Dealers "Just up the road""(actually, there's not one for 50 miles), it will be a great chance to add to my small collection. Happy Hunting!

Just realized that it would cost WAY too much for shipping, good idea for all those in Australia, though. Good luck to all bidding! Happy Hunting!

I just looked the shipping up and was shocked... its the same cost for a very small package as a 20 kilogram package...
