There is no specific "best" one. Any digital scale works fine.

There are a number of scales that are made for weights like coins. It would be better if it would have a range of 0.01-100 grams or more and go to 2 places after the decimal point( 0.00 ) I got a cheap one off the Internet and am pleased with it for home use. Weight Max is the brand name $20 US
I also got a test weight to calibrate the scale for more accurate readings

I bought a Digiweigh for about $15. I tested the scale using a set of apothecary weights and it's readings were accurate at 10mg.
