The last one looks to have been cleaned due to the hairlines...

Do some research you will find that VF-EF George VI Newfy will not bring much on ebay the fees will kill you and will net little more than silver in the end.

You might fare better selling the coins as a lot, as opposed to listing them individually...
PS - Nice to see you back from vacation 54dollarcoin, I cannot speak for everyone, but I certainly appreciate your experience and candor.

Thanks SPP I ate some crow and got back from vacation after a short apology. Sure did not appreciate the fine fellow insulting my Newfy heritage though.

@54dollarcoin I also have Newfie heritage.
I hate how often people insult Newfies! Especially the "Newfies are not the smartest people" stereotype... Especially when two of the smartest people I have ever met are Newfies!

I am from Cape Breton, so hurling insults at Newfs (and vice versa) across the Cabot Strait is 'par for the course' where I am from!! You have to be able to take it, in order to dish it out...

Funny, I have Newfie heritage also and some(NOT ALL) take offence to being referred to as newfies. I ultimately think it all part of the context and intent regardless of what's said.
But to stick to the topic I'll say nice coins, when I saw the subject I was hoping for a 1946.

I WILL agree the average Newfy is crazier than a March hare !! My old man was a good example. That said the people of Newfoundland are the kindest and most generous you can meet. OT it is quite amazing how difficult it is to acquire top quality coins of the NFLD decimal series. This past weekend I had the opportunity to repurchase an old time Newfy collection from a customer of mine in the 70s and 80s. Some very neat stuff but unfortunately not a great deal of customers for nice Newfy.

The expression goes like this, "The only thing scarcer than Newfoundland coins, are Newfoundland coin collectors..."
