Well, it's suppose to be a Galba Denarius, RIC 167. I think it looks barbarous, but here is a link to images of RIC 167:

I should read the original post before I comment. You are most probably correct that it is an imitation of the Galba Denarius I mentioned. Celtic? I don't know. Perhaps.

No doubt it is a Barbaric imitation, could be celtic.
