i am looking for some articles or literature about the contemporary counterfeits of the US between 1840 and 1880.

Maybe someone can help me with few information about the 5 and 10 gold $ struck in platinum from this periode?

ah okay - I have read it. it is not too much (new)information in it about the platinum forgeries. so if anyone else knows some articles or books about theese coins, please help.
