I found this one a while ago in a take a penny leave a penny!  It is my only major error coin (so far  ).

capped die strike - hard to tell from the picture but in hand it is clearly a 67 dime as the details are just starting to come through the cap .

I have seen a picture of that die adjustment strike 50-cent before... perhaps an auction catalogue some time ago? I can't remember...

Not sure if it is the same coin. There was a quite heated debate about it. If I remember well, everything started about questioning the rim (planchet type 1), and it went downhill from there.
