It looks like a weak strike on the Reverses breast feathers. I was tempted to guess MS64 then I thought slider. Nice coin whatever the grade. My guess is MS63.

I will be the odd man out, and guess MS-64. There is not much chatter on the coin, and not any really deep hits. It's a very nice looking coin. Then again... There is quite a price jump from 63 to 64, so they may have kept it at a 63.

Nevertheless, I will stick with my gut and say MS-64!

I'm going to suggest 62, but it won't shock me if NGC calls it 63.

62 all the marks do detract from eye appeal.

I can get on with that, understanding that these get pricey in higher Mint State.

Interesting, lord only knows how you get an MS61 grade but apparently this is an example of one. I personaly was undecided as to if it was MS or a slider but I did give it an MS63 figuring weak/poor strike but fairly decent shine. I didn't think the marks were that distracting.
