There is not much chatter on the coin, and not any really deep hits. It's a very nice looking coin. Then again... There is quite a price jump from 63 to 64, so they may have kept it at a 63. I personaly was undecided as to if it was MS or a slider but I did give it an MS63 figuring weak/poor strike but fairly decent shine. I didn't think the marks were that distracting.
