In 1912, you didn't just get a piece of paper to say you'd passed an exam.
Sidney Arthur Slater was awarded this as 2nd prize in a grade 1 Technological Examination. His subject? Wool dyeing.

Have you researched Sidney Arthur Slater to find out his occupation and what happened to him later ?

I wonder if the first prize was a silver medallion ?
