Hey all,
Is the serial number on this $20 anything special? Is there any premium on this?

ARN 9996996

It's only 2 digits and can be read upside-down.
It is circulated but in good condition.
Thanks

As a side note: I learned that photoshop will not let you open a scanned image of a bill. There was a pop-up message when loading the photo that "this program will not open images of currancy", then closed the file. All I wanted to do was crop the scan, I guess it thought I might try to alter the bill?

There are security features in new scanners, to not allow people to scan banknotes, to try and prevent counterfeiting.
