Any opinions on the grade/value of this coin? Recently bought it to start off a shilling set of some sort.

Now keep in mine I am no expert, this just my opinion of the grade, I don't have a book for English coins that tells me how to grade them , I grade them as close to American Standards as I can. And Also Now We grade differently from the rest of the world, Most might say Maybe we are to liberal with our Grading..
