This is a coin of the Roman emperor Claudius II (268-270 AD). The obverse legend reads IMP C CLAVIDVS AVG. I believe the rverse legend is SALVS AVG and depicts Isis standing left holding sistrum and basket. The coin type is known as Antoninianus and it is real.
