Hi Folks,
As I read these articles, the hypocrisy of our politicians comes bleeding out. Since when are campaign contributions not intended to gain political advantage, or favor and ultimately control? I thought this was about theft of money that belonged to the State of Ohio! This practice, love it or hate it, right or wrong is the way things happen in America. This statement, although true in that Ohioan’s work hard for their money, was raised, not stolen, from willing donors! Give me a break! I guess any scandal will do now, as the "War issue" has been beaten to death. Does George Bush have this money in a safe at the White House?(Come on George, open up that safe and give it back!) Make sure it goes back to each person exactly as it was donated. All politicians from both parties better return all of the money they raised as there is no real way to tell where it ultimately came from! Clean or "Dirty"(I'm already running for cover!) Mike (see clip below)

Mr. Dean yesterday repeated the Democratic National Committee's call for President Bush to return money raised by Mr. Noe. Ohio Democrats have also called on Ohio lawmakers who have received money from Mr. Noe to return the contributions.

"President Bush should immediately return all of the cash Noe raised to eliminate even the possibility that the hard-earned money of Ohio's workers was improperly diverted to his re-election campaign," Mr. Dean said.
