And Notes even thought I have always been interested in them I haven't pursued them much Until the last 2 years or so. unless they had a military theme. EgCollector Pillar of the Community Egypt 3470 Posts	Posted 03/17/2007 08:25 am Hi Jim If you would like to edit the years of the egyptian notes, I would like to help The one pound note is 12/8/2002, the 50 piastres note is 17/7/2002 the 5 and 10 piastres are signed Medhat Hasanein (Arab Republic of Egypt)so they are not 1940 since the revolution was 1952, I will check for their date for you if you want.
