Long story short, my Mom knows someone who works at a bank and they had a vase full of pennies for some charity or something. She said I could buy whatever I wanted out of there for face value if I rolled all of the pennies.
This is one of the coins I found. It has a noticeable die rotation (about 9 degrees) and I was wondering what the grade of it is. Also, what value does this coin have in this condition? Thanks in advance!

In case anyone wanted to see the die rotation

I think it's about MS63RD. A rotation this small is not worth any premium - generally it has to be over 45 degrees, and over 90 is better.
