I made a $62.95 order for a full roll of 2012 Circulation HMS Shannon Toonies on this website.

They made a mistake and ended up sending me a $10 HMS Shannon Pure Silver coin that's going for $64.95 on the Mint's website.

What do I do? Should I return/ship it back and request my roll of toonies?

While I'm certain the full roll of toonies with a face value of $50 is not likely to depreciate any lower than $60, I'm not sure about this $10 coin and I sort of don't want it. Silver coins from the Mint tend to depreciate over time, no?

Is exchanging with an online store a hassle or should I just bear with this coin?

Not really...lol. Just wondering if there would be any value to keeping it.

I really don't want to deal with the hassle of returning this coin box, and who pays for shipping, and whatnot.

I would call the merchant from which you purchased the coin(s), explain the mix-up and ask them how best to return the silver Shannon coin for the roll you originally purchased. If it was their mistake, they will reimburse you for the return postage costs. It's not really much of a hassle -- especially if you are not happy with the coin sent in error.

Make sure they will reimburse you for return postage. And make sure you send it with tracking. If they refuse to pay for return shipping it almost isn't worth sending it back because you will be wasting $15-$20 for tracked shipping. Thus spending $85 roughly for your roll of twoonies.
If they won't pay for return shipping I would ask them to honor the price for the twoonies and ship at their cost. Pay them for that. Keep the silver coin and sell it on ebay.
Therefore you have only paid shipping once.
Unfortunately it can becomea big hassle and cost you money when things don't go right. I hope they will handle all the shipping costs due to this being their mistake.

I think there's a limit on the reimbursement of $15. You will need to include the actual receipt from the post office when you send in your return. Please refer to this link.

You will have to call and speak to a sales rep. He/she will give you an authorization code to go with your return. You have to do this prior to sending in your return.

To me, the real hassle comes to waiting for a sales rep to get on the phone line. I try to avoid calling them because depending on the time, sometimes you have to wait rather long listening to boring music playing over and over.

I don't think the coin came from the Mint @tocoins

I agree on the tracking bit so long as they cover it. If not keep the coin and see if they'll give you a discount for their error. Then sell the coin ;)

d'oh, I got genuinely confused when I read 'on this website' since I'd never ordered on 'this website' before. I thought the OP meant 'that website'.

I hope 'this website' is more helpful than 'that website' in any case. Good luck!
