I have a year 2000 lady liberty colorized silver dollar and the colorizing is off center (it isn't colored directly on the lady but is "off") Could this be a collectible?

Welcome to CC!

Colorized coins are basically altered coins. While there are some people who collect colorized coins, they do not carry a premium. If there is a problem with the coloring, it is worth even less. Sorry for the bad news.

I'm moving this to the Main Coin Forum as colorized coins are not considered to be a variety or error.
