I'm sorry, but what exactly is Coinstars? I'm assuming it's one of those machines that you put your change in and it gives you cash for, or something?

the green machine in the grocery store that a lot of people put their change in and pay up to 9% charge to change it into a piece of paper that you then have to wait in line at the cust service desk to turn it into money lol I find a lot of change in them. I found a complete 2001 proof set out of the plastic of course. but it was there and so was I so it is now a part of my collection lol the Sac is anyway lol

Yes Tykimeister, you are correct. They can be found in grocery stores and other public, high traffic places. You can turn your change into various gift cards for full value or get cash, minus 8.9%(or something close to that). The Coinstars read the electrical signature of current US coinage so any silver or foreign coins go to the reject tray.
Rest in Peace
