Man I'll say this these pics make the coin look much worse than it is....it's been wiped....but not as bad as these pics make it look.

I'm sure the picture extenuates matters but if it were sent to a TPG they would see that surface damage and assign it a details grade...the net of the coin is well above VF...it's easily an XF if not a UNC genuine/details grading...value aside, the details are gorgeous...all high points are in tact and I would venture to guess that the arrow feathers on the reverse are a weak strike as opposed to wear...liberty's face is nice and full...it's a really nice quarter IMO...

i'd like to see a pic that was not typical of what you provide...a simpler IPHONE shot to see how it does look without the super photo skills...

The coin was wiped, but still looks awesome with the toning! Seems to cover it up a bit

here ya go DS.....I believe these are much more representative of the coin in hand. Wipe marks are still more severe in these but closer to inhand

look, I'm no expert but my learning to date would lead me to believe that this would be graded as genuine details due to tooling/resurfacing/cleaning
it would get a UNC details due to the quality of the details in the reliefs...its a nice quarter and I would like it in my SLQ set

Yeah this one has been cleaned....I'd say AU to UNC details as well.....I paid vf-35 to xf 40 money for it....satisfied with the details....the cleaning can only really be seen under a loupe.....works for me for the time being

Amazing how the camera picks up those hairlines and brings them out.
I've photographed coins, and I'm thinking "what is that"

Looks like wear on the hair and a bit on the eagle leg, so AU details.

AU details, very old but unfortunately harsh cleaning. Nice toning but I wouldn't pay a premium for it given the state of those surfaces
