Here is another image. This one is with my point and shoot rather than my DSLR. The cameo portrait and reverse memorial appears grainy with magnification while the fields look smooth. Not sure why. The close up pic above shows this quite well.

Also not sure what is going on with the gouge above and below the eye. PMD? Die problem? I see some possible rub on the cheek, chin, and brow. I know this one may not score well as proof for grading. I am OK with that. Just trying to understand more about it.
