That means that anyone who bought one just had an increase in value.

I will be selling all three that I ordered.....I think the window to realize big gain will be short.....As I recall these spiked as soon as they were sold out last year. I would bet that the best prices will be realized early on....any thoughts?

They spiked from the beginning because they sold out quickly. The sellers who were selling them as "presales" made more money than those who waited to receive them and resell.

Personally, with the way the Mint has operated in the past, I do not recommend presales. It's too easy for the mint to tell you one day that your item is going to ship and then to tell you 3 days later that your order has been cancelled.
Rest in Peace

I think there might be a problem with your plans. If everyone who bought the sets thinks the same way the price will drop like a rock and quick. Fad's come and go. Too many of these nickels are out there.

After buying one of the sets last year I was really disappointed when I received, and opened, the box. The set was extremely overpriced for what was inside. Didn't waste no time selling it and darn sure don't want any more of them. Many of you should do well if you sell immediately upon receiving your sets. I agree with Susan when she advised against pre-sales. Those can be a very big mess! Good luck!

I am doing presales for the simple reason that I think it's the only way to turn a good profit on these......If it falls through, Ill worry about it then...
