ThomasJefferson Valued Member United States 130 Posts	Posted 09/22/2012 8:48 pm This coin has a lot going for it; great detail on the obverse, a good strike, no noise from cleaning and a tougher year. But it's hard to miss the solder on the reverse. My questions are as follows: 1. How would you grade it? 2. Would ICCS grade the coin as it sits? Thanks for looking.
