Would probably net out as an EF 45. Worth the few bucks to get in a holder. Newfoundland like the piece you have is hard to find in any kind of condition eespecially the early (pre 1896) Victorian stuff! Report this Post to the Staff

I have seen this coin in ICCS slab on e-bay and although VF30 the coin looked very poor compared to my example....so I feel EF40 is a long way off.
