No, Madness Over Enhancements, M O E for short, is a particularly insidious disease. The first major
epidemic was reported in early October, 2012.
The first victims were confused and scared, but doctors
agree that the symptoms are manageable and that one may
live a long, productive life.

As more and more collectors joined in the "30 days of "V " Nickels" topic, the virus was passed from one to another.
While the victims remain clueless, the spouses and children are the ones who suffer. Sunday picnics give way to day long trips to yet another coin show. Family night turns into listening to the victim grunt, groan and then say "AH!"
while checking the 'Net for a better one. The kids run to hide their piggy banks and the cookie jar is emptied as a wise precaution.

Matt.. Have you tried acetone? Can't tell if it's glue or some type of stain. It's like chicken soup --- couldn't hurt.

Good deal (so to speak)... The thing with acetone (other than it's volatile) is that it does its thing with no intervention... It removes organic substances (like glue) while doing no damage to the coin.
