They are NCLT and also commemorative silver dollars. If you want to classify them even more, they are special edition silver dollars.

Some folks may not include the anniversary loons in this set and the two loons is also debatable though for me it's not a sp. ed dollar.
We you can see that the Mint is piling on the sp. ed. dollars recently. Hopefully they don't issue 3 in 2013 but I suspect that they will.
