Washington Error Denver?

I just wanted to know what everyone thought of this. I know the mint has put out a statement regarding the Philadelphia Mint Washington Dollars with out the mottos "In God We Trust" and "E Pluribus Unum". But lately I have been seeing people touting even rarer Denver mint errors without the mottos. Is this legit or just a matter of someone trying swindle the general public. I only say this since the mintmark is also on the rim and without the writing, it seems impossible to tell which mint a dollar came from. Here is an example of an auction I found.

It seems legit to me. The price though is insane.
