The coin is slightly less usual because it has the four prong tamgha (under horse's head) rather than the usual 3. Mitchiner attributed this to Balkh but a lot of his placements are no longer accepted so I would not bet on that one. His value list suggest this is worth about twice the normal Soter Megas type from other mints but I doubt there are many people willing to pay $40 for it let alone $140. I bought a much nicer Taxila coin of the type Friday at a show for $28. Unique, no.
