Gold has been running anywhere from $100-$150 a ounce higher than platinum for some time now, but today Platinum rocketed up.

Right now Gold is $1791 and platinum is up to $1717. Now only a $74 gap.

Anyone else notice the platinum move?

Yep, I noticed it. I wonder whether there's another strike going on somewhere...
