Hi everyone, I just picked this one up, and I am not quite sure as to the mint nor RIC number. Unfortunately, despite being fairly aesthetically pleasing, it is a bit off center and the mint mark is not entirely clear. Any help with this Severus Alexander bronze would be appreciated!

It's a Roman Provincial coin from Nicaea, Bithynia. Severus Alexander I'd say...

The coin is from Nicaea, and looks like it might be BMC #102 or close to that number.

This coin type is fairly common, I think you you did OK at $20.
