That would be an open 3. However, there are a couple varieties that are open 3, but look like it is a closed 3 because of the repunched date. Note the picture below, the serifs on the closed 3 are much closer together.
The logo type face was changed mid-year in 1873. You can see this variety in most all 1873 coinage. My 2013 issue of A Guide Book of United States coins (the Red Book) shows photos of the variety on page 115.
