I picked this one up that looked kinda cool out of a dealers junk bin for a dollar, but I have tried all my normal references and I can't locate or attribute it, or value it, much less find the exact country.. I see symbolisim that reminds me of Turkey but havn't gotten any further than that... Any help? Much Appreciated!

It appears to be a 100 tenge note from the Emirate of Bukhara, a pre-Soviet-Union country situated in what is now Uzbekistan. The date on the note is 1338, which converts to 1919-1920. You can see some similar notes here, though not the exact same type.

Sap's right, its from Bukhara. Its pick is 'Russia Central Asia S-1036'.

EDIT: Its condition looks like Fine or Very Good, catalog value is about $18.
