I've never seen a reverse like this, and can't find anything like it, so any help is much appreciated! The coin is 13mm in diameter. Thanks!

This could be a Greek or Roman provincial...let's see what others say (I'm unfamiliar with Late Roman coins)

I should mention that I've made only a small effort at cleaning it up, which may eventually lead to more clues.

It definitely isn;t "late Roman" - the relief is too high, and I've never seen an amphora on a late Roman, either.

So that leaves Byz or Greek, which I kind of suspected, but the bust looks so...well, Roman

There is one coin that has a similar appearance from Lokris, but I'm not sure about it.

It's not Roman or Byzantine, so I agree that it's probably Greek.
