Just wanted to check and see what y'all thought about the MM if its a RPM and if the lamination peel is PMD I looked on coppercoins and didn't find anything

Certainly looks like a lamination issue, but the photos are way too small to make a judgement on whether it is an RPM.

If you are looking at the bulge to the west of the MM, then I would say lamination. RPMs are usually very subtle and can be seen as split serifs on the mint mark. Misplaced MMs are usually completely off, but that doesn't appear to be the case here. Thanks for sharing and good eye!
