On the EPU? Looks like die trails, but we would need a closer/clearer pic to confirm anything.

They're not well understood, but trail dies that strong are collectible. See if you can find it on traildies.com.

Thanks all but how do these trails get on the coins?

I believe that I found a 1994P-1DER-023T stage B, I am about to post a pic of the die marker above the I and B of "Liberty" I am sorry but I can't find anything about value on these ones, would someone please give me an idea so I can justify a slab?

Before the site upgrade traildies.com listed values on some but this seems to be a thing of the past. They still have some color coded (Black, green, blue, red). I don't know if this is intentional or an oversight.

Ya I believe the red color coding is reserved for the ones that are more extreme and I strongly believe that I found one of the top 10 but the stage is all that is in question now. Just don't want to spend 40 bucks on a slab if its not worth it

I think you are correct about it being DER-023T. As far as value, I haven't seen any of them bring much more than a couple of bucks...but, you could PM BJNeff or jcuve as they are both members here and very familiar with trail dies and probably pricing.
