I have a $5 bill that has a serial # of 00224466.. what might a bill like this be worth?

Hey! First Welcome to the group.

I don't believe your bill would have much of a premium, whatever somebody is willing to pay for it on a good day. Ladder binary increments of two? I don't know? You could try ebay and see if there is a market I find it cool but then again I'm a bill nut.

Your quad has a great ladderish serial number, but unfortunately the condition is not so great and it has writing on it which will kill the extra value. If that number was on a CHCU note it would be worth a small premium.

I agree with Nickelman..... in my opinion, and speaking only what I desire, the condition of the bill and the writing greatly reduce any great value .... HOWEVER, those facts aside, we all collect what we find is best for our interests, not always as to the real "value" monetarily, but the "value" to each individual tastes of the collector.Welcome to CCF !!

Welcome to CCF. It may get a decent premium on ebay. Never hurts to look there. Just be aware of the fees those listings bring.
