I don't believe your bill would have much of a premium, whatever somebody is willing to pay for it on a good day. Ladder binary increments of two? I don't know? Your quad has a great ladderish serial number, but unfortunately the condition is not so great and it has writing on it which will kill the extra value. If that number was on a CHCU note it would be worth a small premium. Report this Post to the Staff

HOWEVER, those facts aside, we all collect what we find is best for our interests, not always as to the real "value" monetarily, but the "value" to each individual tastes of the collector.Welcome to CCF !!
