German-1971g-1-Pfennig-Cud-Or-?
This German 1971G 1 pfennig piece is unusual. I am not sure if the problem is a Cud or a bubble inside the planchet. I tried to push it to see if there is any give but it seems solid.

Any ideas?

This coin is composed of copper-plated steel, the rim bump most likely breached the plating which caused the steel core to rust and bubble the plating.
