The next monthly show should be Sunday the 4th of November (first Sunday of each month). I attend this show. Do any other CCF members attend the monthly show in Parsippany NJ?

Great Show!! I went the last 2 months. I plan or try to make it every month, but its a hike from the city. In reality I actually make it about 4 or 5 months out of the year. If it was closer to me I'd go more often. I live closer to the White Plains NY show.

Ok thanks. I didn't make it but hope there will be one in December. I will be at that one because I'm having coin show withdrawals.

I'll be at the next one too. I think we met over in the Canadian forums here at CCF? If so, I'll pm/email you before the show for a meet-up.

It was pretty good. I heard from the dealers it was slow for them in the beginning then picked up. For the common stuff we look for, I picked up a bunch of decent 1/2 and 1 Great British pennies from that antique dealer. I did search for some Canadian coins that were missing from my sets (but I was mainly there for US Indian cents; I've neglected my set for a few months now). I scored on a few Canadian large cents which the dealers did not bother to attribute varieties (like 1859, listed and sold as a common but it was one of the re-punched varieties). Also scored on an unattributed silver nickel. My US copper guy surprised me and pulled out of box of Canadians in flips. He just bought them as part of a US collectors purchase. He has some great quality stuff, including Provincials and bank Tokens, the two new areas that I'm branching in to. Will you go to Clifton?

Wow sounds like you made some pretty good scores on the Canadian coins.. I've been trying to score a re- punched 1859 but no luck yet. I think I used up my wish when I found that 1907H in the 50 cents bin.... hehehe :-) That reminds me the white plains show should be coming up this spring, you gotta come!
Yes I will have to make it to Clifton, I haven't been to a show since January, I need to go.
