Hey everyone, snagged a couple coins off ebay looking for some help on the grades. The more I ask you all the more I am getting a hang of it.

1901, payed $2.81, my grade VF, maybe EF?

1917, payed $1.81, my grade VF

What do you all think? I don't have much experience with large cents. Keep in mind the scanner was not kind to the georges.

1901#2- F-12
1909- Vg-8
1917 - Vf 20, but signs of corrosion
1924- Vg10- maybe F12 depending on the black stuff
