Nice Greek. In this day and age Ancient coins, seafood resturants and Disney movies are really the only places that crabs are good things. Kudos.

I am confused. You bought this coin on FORVM and now it is listed for sale on the FORVM auction board?

Great looking coin.

The auction on FAC started on the 11th of October and is due to run until the 10th November, something a bit fishy here

Do you currently have the coin 'in hand' liluyi?

I love the style on these early coins of Sicily (ca 500 BC?). You probably paid quite a bit for it (ca $500?)

Even taking the degree of wear into consideration I would say you got a great deal. You have a coin with a lot of character & I have no doubt about its authenticity. I've seen similar coins in only slightly better condition sell for upwards of $1500

Plus the OP needs 230 more posts before he could start selling on here, if he was serious about the offer, that is.
