Gold mart charges 5.95 shipping on orders less than $150. $8.95 from 150-499. 1.49 over spot plus those shipping prices is still going to be cheaper and your getting a bar that you can resell for a premium over spot. I paid $69.22 for the two 1 Oz Silver Bars from Silvertowne at $1.99 over spot with free shipping. The two Johnson-Matthey 1 Oz Silver Bars from Goldmart at $1.49 over spot would be $68.22 then when you add on $5.95 for shipping brings the total to $74.17. I do believe you may be right about the premium over spot when the time comes to sell, but just for 2 Oz, it's no big deal to me. Report this Post to the Staff
