I love the shocked and awed reactions to this post. The only thing wrong here is that the dealer on ebay is buying and selling with the same account. Buy with one and sell with the other and he would otherwise go undetected. Brick & Mortar dealers and show dealers have been cracking coins for years and not passing on the previous information. They just don't have the online paper trail or code of conduct that comes with ebay.

And those dealers are just as unethical as this slimeball Fraud is fraud, regardless of who is perpetrating it.

All we can do is report it and see what/if something happens.

Exactly, we may not win the war but every battle we do win is a step in the right direction and if one gets by at least we know we tried which is allot better than doping nothing or thinking its alright to do. The ones that thinks this is just business wouldn't feel this way if they were the high bidder and then saw this evidence I am sure.

I wonder if ebay tells the buyer why the listing was removed or if they just send the usual "this listing was removed" email. I really wish they would send them the reason it was removed so the buyer will know that what they received was done like this. That way they will know and may be able to send it back and receive a refund. It was allot easier for us to alert the buyers before they started blocking buyers identities.
