Okay folks, woke up this morning to an email that seems to affect all of us that use ebay.

Quote:
Starting on November 5, we will no longer support wildcard searches. We encourage you to revise your saved searches to whole words without the *.

If I understand them correctly, this means we can no longer search for date ranges either. Searches like "194* quarter" will no longer work. We'll have to do "(1940, 1941, 1942, 1943, etc) quarter".

Can anyone weigh in on this issue?

BH1964, they claim they have improved their search engine to eleminate the need for repeated search words to account for typos.
