Please Help With Haiti Coin ID

This is outside my area of specialization, but thought the strike and color were awesome and picked it up. The detail on the palm tree side, which I assume is the reverse is outstanding.

The hang up is that I am not able to specifically ID the type. Sure its KM 23 AN 27 (1830), but pulling out the Guttag reference, I am completely lost on what die it is.

Could anyone offer an opinion on the die? Is there an interpretation of the Guttag dies that offers diagnostic points? Maybe a better Haiti reference?

A bit off forum; what grade do you think NGC put on this coin?
