Just got this 1829 large cent
in and I know it is a large letters type, but can't find enough info on each individual variety. Any help would be appreciated. Also the survace appears to have some "rough" stuff adhearing to it. It does not appear to be corrosion. Any thoughts on removing it safely? The coin is very dark too. Thanks All!

N-2; cracked through 1-4 stars. Nice details, too bad about the corrosion/env. damage. Might try a soak in verdicare then acetone....

I concur on the variety, point of leaf centered between S and O is also diagnostic.
