Your Silver Melt Value does not add up with the way I learned how to value spot prices of precious metals...

Example; 90% Silver Coins ~ ($1.00 face = .72oz pure silver [in excellent cond.])

Face Value x .72 = pure silver weight for uncirculated dimes, quarters and 1/2 dollars, multiplied by current spot price = melt value...

Face Value x .715 = pure silver weight for circulated dimes, quarters and halves (need to factor in the wear from circulation), multiplied by spot will give you a more accurate melt value...

Note; some buyers will weigh the coins in bulk and multiply the result by .90 (90%) for exact silver weight.

I tried both formula's on your example and neither matched your result...
1 Roll circulated quarters = $10.00 x .715 = 7.15 troy ounces x $32.22 spot (your example) = $230.37 ~ (your formula reaches a conclusion of $233.08)

A US quarter contains 0.1808 oz of Silver Which makes $1 Face has 0.7232oz
No I have not removed anything for wear as none of the dealers I currently do business with weigh the coins the just run them through a counter and pay based on face. They also sell based on face.
