Might be a Roman Imperial Julian II. From Sirmium. Hard to tell since the coin is really worn and in bad shape. Could also be a barbarous copy since the engraving style looks kind of crude.

Based on it's condition it's difficult to say how it might be.

I think it might be Siscia Mint....not sure of the ruler...maybe Constantinus II with soldier globe and spear reverse....just guesses though, the big gunz will no more...

Since I see more in the newer photos, it definitely looks like Siscia.

It's hard to be certain as this coin is in such poor condition. It is definitely from Siscia. I believe it is Julian II with Spes Republica reverse. Something like this coin, RIC VIII 404:
